Mr. Hell started as a doodle by Hugh Macloed of Gapingvoid and expanded into a TV series for the BBC, under the auspices of Jon Plowman (League of Gentlemen), Mifanwy Moore (Little Britain) and Gareth Edwards (Dead Ringers). In addition, the late, Bob Monkhouse lends his supreme vocal talent as host to the cynical animated exploits!
