Synopsis
Against the world!
The Paper Sisters attack Doksensha's headquarters in Hong Kong to rescue Nenene, although they must first defeat legions of machinegun-wielding security guards, laser-firing robots and an even more dangerous foe: another Paper Master! Taking advantage of the chaos, Mr. Carpenter kicks-off his own plans and the world will tremble from the conflict!

Review
This volume definitely slows things down a little bit, giving the viewer a chance to take a breather and catch up with what’s been happening in the grander scheme of things. It’s great to see Yomiko and other OVA characters back in the game, even if the way that it’s done does try to raise a few questions about who’s on the “right” side. (Anime-On-Line)
