Synopsis

To distance themselves from their humble origins as farmers, 3 friends masquerade as Samurai and hold the peace in Kinugasa Village despite daily battles to the death with rogue bandits. However, when real samurai & war veteran Jojima returns from battle he begins to exert his dominance over the trio and they come to learn the true way of the warrior.
